Cant sleep a wink tonight
gotta keep my eyes open for that thing lurking out of sight
no counting sheep tonight
gotta keep my toes covered up so that thing wont bite
i cant get any rest tonight
gotta keep from sleep or that beastie might mistake it ro an invite
images of creepy crawlies infest tonight
long sharp clays, big red eyes, and razor teeth pearly white
no dreams for me tonight
otherwise a nightmare might claw and bite, yah it just might
but you know my daddys here tonight
so watch out all you monsters and ghoulies your in for a fight
yah you better stay under that bed tonight
cause he'll beat you down and tie you up and let the sun get you
with its big bright light!
