We’ve waited for this day to come
So long of hard work and patience
…Of tears, joys and fears
…Of heartbeats, doubts and tears

It is the time when ordinary things become extra-ordinary,
And extra-ordinary things become ordinary.
A time when simple things become complex,
And complex things become simple.

You and I,
We looked forward into this day
When we can finally hear the melody
The harmony of the music we hardly worked on.

You and I,
We could now see how much it worth
Each and every tear that fell,
Each and every fear that passed,
And all the joy that we celebrated,
Our love remained still.

You and I,
How could we ever forget?
The chain of love it created,
The music that entwined two hearts and souls forever…

And for eternity we will always remember
…Our baby’s first cry.
