Baby Boy Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Baby Boy

When baby cries, he cries
And how he makes me shiver,
I so dislike those crocodile tears,
Crocodiles belong in the river!

But when he laughs, he laughs
And fills my heart with pleasure.
I hold most dear, the happy times
Those precious days to treasure.

And when he loves, he loves
Melting my heart within me.
I imagine I'm in another world
When baby boy smiles sweetly.
