Baburam Snake-Man Poem by Surajit Basu

Baburam Snake-Man

Rating: 2.5

Baburam Snake-Man,
...Where're you off man?
Come chappie, do spare
...Not many, just a pair.

Two which are eyeless,
...Clawless, toothless,
Which don't slink or crawl,
...Which don't bite at all!

Won't go hiss hiss,
...Won't go gliss gliss;
No trouble, just nice,
...Eats just milk-rice.

Live snakes like these:
...Get a couple, please.
Whackety whackety whacks,
...I'll break their bloody backs!
