Awakening Of Wings (T) Poem by Tommy Mikkelsen

Awakening Of Wings (T)

As the cold whispers to your face
That you’ll soon be my dying bride
You don’t reveal the river has dried
The frozen tears are deep inside

A winther day’s morning
The snow sweeps your troubles aside
My pain is troubling with its goodbyes
It knows where my fallen angel lies

The silence is in everything
And the everything reminds me of you
My plea; My angel why you too?
My plea; My angel why and by who?

The ghost of you is watering my garden
Your heart’s awakening it’s my boo
The solution of erasing the blue
Soon my angel spreads my wings too

Then the gates open and there were I
And you, my angelic inspiration
You stole my misery, my concentration
Made me forget, welcomed my celebration.
