Awakened

Awakened from
a death defying sleep
What happens next
is a mystery to me.
I've seen the end
and now
must see it through-
death comes to each
and everyone of you.
As for me
I can never die,
atleast
I console myself
with that little lie.

The Apple on the Tree—
Provided it do hopeless—hang—
That—"Heaven" is—to Me!
