Being joyful amidst sorrow
Giving right action amidst sin
Acceptance amidst rejection
Hope amidst fear
Truth amidst falsehood
Become the way of life
When I turn from the world
And it's mistaken unbeliefs
I surrender to the calling
Of Gods voice
That whispers in my heart
His love for my soul
Even though I may resist
And fall for comfort
Over reverence
Quietly He points out the way
Offering to me
Peace amidst turmoil
Love amidst hate
My heart amidst His Glory
