Autumn Reflections Poem by Yasmin Khan

Autumn Reflections

Rating: 5.0

The sun shines in mellow mists, autumn leaves,
Pastel hues in the air float.

Beneath the pool’s surface is touched
By a leaf, several wavelets emerge,
As a gentle word of love
In the heart create a hundred tiny ripples.

For your pen I can say with confidence that you not only compose a poem but paint a picture... pastel hues are in perfect harmony with autumnal touch! ! !

Nice analogy...! Though a small poem, it has an inescapable charm. Enjoyed!
