Autumn Leaf Poem by Arivazhagan Kaivalyam

Autumn Leaf

Rating: 5.0

You may not see the thick wool of separation
which I wear, the dry sticky smile of you which
always stains on that, Your memories float in
time like an old autumn leaf......

With the fragrance of grieve, it lives in a wet bird's
nest on rainy days, It cries in the leaking deep scar
of a roadside tree, It smiles from the dots of cooing
butterfly's wing........

From a remote star of my nights, your smile effluxes,
May someone find the fossils of my hush in a river bed,
You may know then, I Love, Loved & will love you forever.
