Autumn
Inside the light in your eyes
I see something unoriginal
Something that feels familiar
Something I’ve known for so long
It’s distracting me away
From the life I’ve been living on
A glimpse of dream unleashed upon
And tagged along with the current of sound
And there is a peaceful feeling
Embracing me like my mother used to be
So much warmth and calmness
Makes me feel younger than I ever was
