Aura Borealis Poem by Gordon D Wilkinson

Aura Borealis

Rating: 4.7

Wandering the Milky Way
Watching stars at play

Lights of the skies twinkling lovers
Hiding under the belt of misty covers

Pulses of pure light
Exposed for a second, bright

Revolving slowly over and over
Some explosive super nova

Brightly incandescent
A bluish green iridescence

Above the poles virgin skies
Aura Borealis to watching eyes
