Attachment And Betrayal Poem by nimal dunuhinga

Attachment And Betrayal

Rating: 5.0

What do you feel when an apple falls?
I think Newton's theory of gravity
And I still remember the curly haired physics teacher,
One day she brought an apple to the class room and said;
'Hey! My pupils this is from the garden of Eden.'
When I fell not once but several occasions in my jostling life
I had a dilemma of human beings why they collapse constantly?
And latterly I noticed the teacher goes out once in a month to collect her miserable pension.

One object - many points of view. Yes, ironic that your wise teacher is now forced to live on benefits. Perhaps one day the teachers will be earning the millions and the bankers forced to collect a pitiful allowance. Your title is brilliant. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

You are a keen observer of the human condition. I hope that the teacher enjoys her pension. Take care.10, of course. Kind regards, Sandra
