COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Danny Draper 20 April 2012

I like it, although existentially it's uniformity may lead some to consider the existence of a higher power. I am wondering whether it is digital in nature I.e.1's and 0's and therefore on and off and as all are 0's all are off and dead. If the case, I really do get it or conversely do not. None the less, I still like it. Push the poetic envelope. The title is everything.

The lines of zeros say it all, at least as well as words can. It hints at your background in painting. Exceptional.

Death is followed by zero for atheists, but how do we know that for certain? It could be zero for everyone.

My initial thought was a computer glitch in reading the text yielding it as this string of zeros. But then I got it! And, Wow! I love concrete poetry, and the purity of this one is absolute. I mean that literally, and figuratively, as a pun. As an interpretation. It's exceptional.
