At The Temple Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

At The Temple

Rating: 5.0

I was there
At the temple
Over the hills
Once inside
I was seeing
Him.

The priest
Asked me
To move away
In a punishing tone
And God stood
Motionless.

Motionless and it is God, empty-existence. I like it.

Once again a beautiful poem. Though we feel God stood motionless but its the God itself had called us to temple. There are many times even a visit to our temple is obstructed many times.....loved reading it. Thank you for sharing.

Sad is the behavior of priest. God didn't stay motionless. He moved so many through you!
