At The End Of The World Poem by Andrew Close

At The End Of The World

At the end of the world,
When the dead are judged,
My name will be called out.
And Ill walk forward,
Not really bothered,
By the wondrous dazzling light.
A great voice will say,
You gave it all away,
For just one moment of love.
And Ill say yes, and Id do it again,
Cause she’s worth more than an eternity of love.
