At First Sight Poem by Carlton Wanga

At First Sight

Rating: 5.0

I was toasted and touched

And in my system an injected divine excitation approached

When her presence lingered in the air

Of the bus after a confrential affair

I was baffled and blown away by her heavenly elegance

When on me she cast a spell of fairytale protendance

With a graceful walking mechanism she came advancing

And I wondered whether she was walking or floating

But as block of Void emotion

She settled away from my null attention

Before I went down on my knee

To bid adieu my single hood plea

Time dismissed my apparent intention

As every passenger has a distinctive destination

So began the domineering temperaments

Days of horrible emptiness

Sleepless nights of unsatisfactory dreams

Memories of my short caught sight films

She was innocent and bold of beauty

With transparent eyes of peace and purity

Suffering

Mental suffering Emotional suffering

Kept the chord that attached me to the stranger

Unslackened Forever.
