Assumptions Poem by Daria Domitrovic

Assumptions

I don't talk about it
Of sudden moments of purest decadence
It's not a pit or a hollow grimy hole
It's a floating space, barely perceptible
Shield of politeness and outer peace
Oh how it was easy for you
To step all over it.
