Ashes Poem by CAROL HUGHES

Ashes

Rating: 4.8

There is passion
lightning bolts
arcing between us

If I touched you
reached across space
neutral and safe
would we ignite
and burn until our
ashes comingled?

Would time erase
superficial barriers
letting us be
more than we seem
releasing molecules
equal in communion?

Yes there is desire in us to achieve union with beloved..........in a lower consciousness it is manifest as a desire to be one with beloved and in a higher consciousness same desire is manifest as a desire to be one with the God........Good Write........10+++
