As The Rain Cascades Poem by Lillian Jamison

As The Rain Cascades

Rating: 4.9

The rain falls in perfect rhythm
Seemingly glowing against the ebony sky

The sound is soft and soothing
As it gently hits the leaves

The flowers are nourished
They will continue to share their beauty

The rain gives to the earth a fresh shine
Like a welcomed, inviting shower

As the rain clears and the moon shines bright
Stars accompany, and love dances in my heart

I wish upon the brightest one you'll know
How much my heart, it loves you so

Here a man may write a poem. A musing one in answer to this. The rain has nourished all the flowers, but the precious one did raindrops miss? The flower that a man adores is wondrously endowed, but she requires refreshing too or else she'll wear a shroud. To hide herself from him and all the lights that nature beams. And he only sees her shine as memorized in dreams. So every maiden just be sure to let it fall on you, so you may blossom in the morn. The next time he sees you. GW62
