As I Wake Up Poem by Tejasvi Saxena

As I Wake Up

Rating: 5.0

As I wake up early in the morning
I contemplate a piece of gold glittering
which brims me over joyously with
scintillating glint of sunshine.

Then I saw a strings of birds chirping
actually, nightingales were singing
I basked in glory of harmony
which soothes the senses of my inner world.

I pleased myself by watching grass
dew drops of pearls were scattered all over.

I smelled the zephyr
which brings along the essence of rose and lily.

I felt myself on zenith
I give a thought, why we need to panic? ?

The glory, the beauty of dim twilight
the silvery sparkle of moonlight
the myriads of flowers, the scent of sandalwood,
all these remembers me the innocence of childhood.

When we all were really pure
when we all were obscure.
when we were really closed to lord,
Oh gosh, why we need to play life's chord? ?

But world is nasty enough to hit
dealing sarcasm and grief is wit.
So, as the pond flows to have it's water renew,
We all have to flow to bring a change new......
