As I Exhale And Sigh (Quatrain?) Poem by Edwin Tanguma

As I Exhale And Sigh (Quatrain?)

Well my Lassie
You may thinks me a fool
Though you’re sassy
You’re certainly no Juel

And life is short
Like the blink of an eye
So build your fort
As I exhale and sigh

Maybe one day
We may possibly meet
‘Til then I’ll pray
And continue to eat

I love poems
They have a certain taste
And some are gems
Like a virgin is chaste

You go your way
I’ll continue on mine
Outside is nice
Yet in here I can dine

The sun is warm
And I may be a grinch
One thing is sure
Your words do in a pinch
