As I Am
As I Am
Pravat Kumar Mandal
Today I reach half-century
Not through the state of penury
Nor through the life of luxury
But through very ordinary.
Since my first sense I a finder
Still I remain non-succeeder
Maybe, call me a pretender
May be, but not a philander.
May God bless me to be a man
O God! I want to be a man.
