Arrogance Poem by Quasir Hassan

Arrogance

Rating: 5.0

It's a flea that pricks so wild
And destroys the virgin rose of love....!

Elude the stormtide so fierce
Born to flush away the castles of dove..

It's a demon that lurks, for a chance
To turn void; the promises of valentine

So toxic to venom the soul of mankind...
Chases alike the sighted and blind

Evade this devourer of peace
The rain of fire, twin of disgrace!

It's the weed that grows to destroy
Every ounce of hope, with deceitful ploy.

Beware of the havoc, be wise to retreat,
It's the tempest, one must defeat!
