Are You Not Satisfied Poem by Burne White

Are You Not Satisfied

to see the sunrise and the sunset,
the meadow and the mountainside,
the rainbow and the butterfly.
to hear the song of the mockingbird,
the chant of the seas,
the wind in the trees.
to smell the rose and the fresh-baked bread;
to taste the salt and the honey;
to feel the peach ripe for picking,
the caress of your loved one;
to know the love of parent and child?
