The feeling of belong,
I've wished for so long,
Just to be loved,
By someone other than the one above,

Nobody is here,
I'm living in fear,
But do you care?
No or you would be there,
I'm not important,
I don't matter,
I'm just a pesky rodent,
With my life in a clatter,

I don't have a say,
We've got to do things your way,
I'm never going to be free,
I'm never just going to be me,

I want someone to love me,
I want someone to care about me,
I want someone,
I don't want to be alone,

Are you my someone?
Are you the one?
Could you be?
Do you care about me?
