Apology Poem by Beau Bennett

Apology

I must apologize for loving you
With this, my deepest sincerity
I know that I'm beneath you
And your kiss, pure charity
This dream that came true
Will haunt me for eternity
This love I have no right to
I'll pay for till there's nothing left in me
The thing that will never be is I
Your short lived mistake
Soon I'll be gone again
And from this nightmare you may wake
I'm your disease, your infection
I'm so sorry for loving you
But nothing can make me stop
And because of this I must be leaving you

DEDICATED TO MY LOVE JANA MARTEL
