I'm through crying over you,
I'm finished wishing for you to change,
I should have known you couldn't be true,
I could have saved myself the pain.

I'm done believing your lies,
I'm over letting you use me,
Tears will no longer spill from my eyes,
Sorrow never to pass my lips as a scream.

I'm through praying for you to see,
I'm finished hoping for us,
Again we are never to be,
You I can never again trust.

I'm done waiting for your love,
I'm over asking for you to stay,
You never wanted to try hard enough,
Your apologies came too late.
