Anticipating his father

Anticipating the wants of his father
If a son has done something he is first class
Receiving the orders of the father
If a son has done something he is second class
Irreverently is a son executed the order
Of the father he is third class
And if a son refuses to execute his father's order
He is regarded as his father's urine and stool.

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

It is the hour when from the boughs
The nightingale's high note is heard;
It is the hour -- when lover's vows
Seem sweet in every whisper'd word;
