You and everyone else said it
That we would fit like glue
The smile on our faces said it all
It was a fairytale come true
They said it was happily ever after
But you couldn't have been more wrong
Could you
It really really wasn't
Got my hopes up
To be let down
But oh well
What do I care
I'll do better than you
I'll have another dream come true
