Poe's dark brilliance has always been one of my top picks, but this lovely little poem of his has also been one of my favorite pieces of his. It has such a sweet, rhyming little tune for capturing such haunting depth of tragic emotion. I love the contrast.
This poem is so haunting and beautiful. The desperation in it is so painful yet gorgeous as the speaker mourns his lost love. Poe, I miss you.
this is one of the few poems in which i actually feel like i can hear the voice of the author, brilliant.

This is my favorite poem by Poe! Its so lovely and well written!
not so much beautiful as profane, but a nice read if your into bone-ing dead girls
This is a beautiful poem. It is both sad, with the death of his love, and unnerving, with the necrophilia. A masterpiece.
Ahh my lovely Edgar Alenn, he is such a talented writer, be he not with us, I am sure he is writing in his after life. He is my idol and I envy the woman who inspired this piece of his work. I wish myself that I could find something so beautiful as to inspire a poem such as this.
This poem is amazing. It's beautiful, yet it has a sad tone to it. I envy both the love and the conveyor of that love...
I know this poem like the back of my hand. It is my very favorite by edger and I think he writes beautifully.
