Anger

You make me mad
You drive me to distraction
Your confrontational reaction
Has distorted the truth of my action
Yet the flag turned red
As anger raised its head
And the cantankerous man in me
Stamped his feet and clenched his fists
And raged at the coming
Of the fight!
