Emptiness follows me
just like a shadow
that's cast on a wall
reflecting a dark past
that won't set me free
trapped inside myself
of what came to be
I watch Angel's fall

Looking through stained glass
at the things that would never last
my eye's can no longer see
my place of serenity
as I watch Angel's fall

Losing my sense of reality
with voices screaming inside my head
the hunger I fed
is tearing inside my soul
hiding behind the pain I can't let go
