Angel In Heaven Poem by Twisted Rose

Angel In Heaven

The doctor said you’d be gone
In the next month or two
At least we knew how much time was left
Before we said good-bye to you

Why did you go,
And be an angel in heaven

Once you’re gone
There’s tears all around
Even the toughest men
Wept tears to the ground

Why did you go,
And be an angel in heaven

You spread happiness all around
The children would laugh and smile
All because of you
And you were dying all the while

I miss you
