Angel Poem by nicholle gibson

Angel

Rating: 4.5

Angel
I wear your charm around my neck
It dangles next to my heart
Blessed I’m to have you sent to me from heaven

I’m set aside in your eyes
You are my wings to fly
Backing me up, making sure I don’t fill my cup

When I get tangled your my angel

Helping me watch over the one’s I love
Your strong wings wrap around me
Like a glove

When life is unfair and I’m not getting my share
You shine down on me
From up there
When I get tangled your my angel

A lovely poem well articulated and nicely written to capture the conviction of the poet. Faith Keeps Those Who Keep The Faith - Mother Teresa. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
