Anderson Poem by Kimberly Joyce Roguis

Anderson

You might ascend too far
And it might just be too late
Why do you have to look away
In such great distances?

You are fleeting, slowly prancing
You are dreaming, you stopped breathing
I am right here, this is our ground
You are just human, and so am I.
