And who says….

With a feeling deep
You and me and us
In attachment it binds
And in no time
Transformed into a ray
Luminous and bright
Where seen
The face of dawn
Caressing love to shine
What if it lessens
And if it goes down
Can't love thrive?
Can't love breathe in?
Rooted deep in the heart
Love can't be shaken
Like a tree
We see it
Flirting with sunshine
Just happy
Existing to see others happy
Standing tall and humble
Seldom does it feel
The pain and anguish
When a bough is cut down
Or a leaf coming down
Unless uprooted
Or struck with misfortune
It lives with new leaves
And us never leaves
So attachment may be less
And it is better be less
For more calls out
Instincts selfish
And the gratification it brings
Ignoring the happiness and well-being
Of the one we are attached
And slavery it brings to us
Love on the other hand
Gives us perfect freedom
Forgetting self-interest or satisfaction
We mind the happiness of the one loved
Love gives joy for giving
Attachment for receiving
Love expands
Attachment contracts
And who says
Without attachment deep
There can't be true love…………
