And They Lived Happily Ever After
The damsel’s,
quiescent buds were bursting in bloom,
“shall I take these buds away”,
said the audacious frosty knave,
“No leave me alone,
Till my blossoms have grown”
Orisoned the damsel in distress,
As she oscillated from head to toe.
The damsel grew up,
And bloomed and groomed,
And all the world was aghast,
“shall I take the buds away”,
said the intrepid dandy as he swung,
“No leave them alone
till I have bloomed to the full”,
said the damsel,
as bashful as a schoolgirl,
and delicious as forbidden fruit.
Now the damsel bore flowers,
As fruitful as Egypt,
Both crimson and white,
Glowing brightly in the summer’s sun, .
Said the handsome chivalrous Prince,
“May I now----“
“Yes, Yes---take them all,
Am all for thee, ”
Said she,
Smiling delectably,
while she let down her tresses,
Gracefully and avidly,
To a benediction-,
Till the golden canopy of the evening sun,
Enveloped them,
And they lived,
happily ever after.
it was wonderful, the lithe movement of the words was wonderful and the word choice exquisite another great work Anju Love, Timothy PS> yeah they fixed it
And they lived happily ever after is a perfect end every1 wishes for..and they way ur poem ended evry1 would be wanting to be the Prince of ur poem........PERFECT
