And The Celebrations Began Anew Poem by Anita Atina

And The Celebrations Began Anew

Green earth with arms outstretched

Caressed the fingertips of a warm azure sky

The sky and earth embraced

While a half moon gazed happily

The sun’s warm light waned

As stars appeared to twinkle

A celebration was just beginning

Of a union that was eternal

And the next morning when the sun came up

They kissed each other goodbye

Going about their business all day

And returning when all was done

Green earth with arms outstretched

Caressed the fingertips of a warm azure sky

And the celebrations began anew

Of a union that was eternal.

Yes! And I hope it stays that way forever which is limitless time. As opposed to an eternity which is a 'seemingly' limitless time. GW62
