I wasn't expecting something to come true,
and i really wasn't expecting to be with you,
holding my dreams and keeping it,
it was the only thing i wanna do,

but i was amazed and struck,
now i met you and in my heart you're stuck,
how could i not fall if i want to,
how could i not love if you love me too,

i received your messages in my phone,
it was then i knew that i wasn't alone,
but i did feel that it was gone
'cause you kept saying i should go on,

i was confused and i stop,
then i knew what was up, i knew that what i felt was love,
but what could i do? time was up,
now i sit alone beside my dream,
inside my room i couldn't help but scream,

i should have stopped you and kissed you right away,
now I'll be seeing you go away,
and “i love you” even if you won't stay,
by the way....
