Anabella's Moon Poem by guillermo veloso

Anabella's Moon

Anabella’ Moon
Bella Luna
The hide and seeking moon
Lies behind wispy threads of summer night clouds
That wrap over her like a misplaced lock of ashen hair
While skittish rabbits, flop eared and under fence
Find a safer place to hide as bella searches the night for
New playmates.
But Bella’s moon/La Bella Luna
Laughs along in her secret spot.
Maybe tomorrow?
