An Orange Seller Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

An Orange Seller

Do you feel what i feel? !
Do you see what i see?
For, i am moving across the borders to share my views;
However, my physical home is in this world.

Yesterday, today and tomorrow!
And like the muse of love in the land of peace;
But, i am not free from sin.

Human kind in this world!
We are very far from our sins;
And, whosoever is without sin should now cast the first stone.

I am sixteen and i am an orange seller,
Down along the line of the struggle in Africa with a child on my back;
But, do you see what i see around me?
