What do you think this poem is about?

An Old-Fashioned Birthday

It's an old-fashioned birthday
that I'm thinking of
when colorful ballons and confetti
come falling down from above.

It's an old-fashioned birthday
that I have in mind
when sending a birthday card
to a friend or relative of mine.

It's an old-fashioned birthday
that I'm thinking of..........
when all birthday gifts are wrapped
and ribboned with genuine love.
