An Adaptation Of The Clouds Poem by Holly Pearce

An Adaptation Of The Clouds

Rating: 5.0

When the grey and white collide
Creating a formation influenced by our imagination
Portrayed differently through others eyes
Crying sheepishly whilst they shy away from the day light
Secret emotions unlocked by a key
Trembling and shaking
Merging all different life to their end
Graciously feeding the thirsty
Shedding hope to all on land
Relentless to withhold their almighty power
Moving in a serene motion
Blinding the sun
Caressing the earth with a million droplets
When they prance around the sun
Magical purity form in the heavens above
Shifting eternally and blanketing the everlasting blue
Shape shifting our visions
Riding in a colourless atmosphere
Grabbing the opportunity to enrapture a second view
It sets out a work of art
An adaptation of the clouds
