American Tradition Poem by Marilyn Lott

American Tradition

Rating: 5.0

There’s a world that you can enter
A place where cowboys dwell
It’s a wonderful museum
Showing western tradition as well

It’s a tribute to the old west
So many stories to tell
Hard working men at their best
Professional rodeo riders as well

Statues of wild animals
Paintings depicting the frontier
It captures the in true custom
From artists that we hold dear

It is so seeped in American history
I was astonished and amazed
Time went by so very fast
As I walked around and gazed!
