Amanda.....
it is the dog in you
perhaps your previous life
that scatters
i've seen how you still
sit there
scratch yourself as though
you are infested with
fleas, and i ask you to rise
from it
daily perhaps like the sun
shine from there
make it dramatic and perhaps
even sensual
from behind those mountains
that look like the breasts
of Amanda.
