Am I Polluted

Rating: 4.5

Am I polluted?
Am I a serpent?
Am I in distress
Like the pigs here?

O my dear I care
For the bona fide
Knowledge in You.

I am not the monkey
In the forest.

See me, O my dear
I am always ready
For the test
And also
For the next.

An interesting piece; however, it's unclear as to whom the questions are being posed - and that vagueness is what troubles me. While it is obvious to you, there's not enough context to draw the proper viewpoint. Is it God, a spouse, a family member, employer or even all of the aforementioned. One suggestion is to insert the word next into the last line and have it read: for the NEXT test -Joe Breunig, Reaching Towards His Unbounded Glory
