Alone With Nature Poem by Joseph T. Renaldi

Alone With Nature

Rating: 5.0

I walk through fields of clover
and tramp through forests so green,
then climb the nearby hillside
where the aroma is fresh and clean.

I see the ravine below
where a river seems to roar.
The sparkling water flows swiftly
as I walk down the hillside to the shore.

Here I acquire a feeling of satisfaction
from all of my personal cares,
and in my solitude I envision
an answer to my dreams and prayers.

The picturesque scene is all around me.
I begin to meditate,
for here I am all alone with Nature,
and all of my negative thoughts terminate.
