Alone Poem by Nimmy.K Alilakuzhyil

Alone

Alone we cross the threshold
Of marvelous opulent world
With an ardent bosom
For sip of splendor;
Sweet desires of heart
Sprouting from our dream alone..

Only ingrained credence
In our dreams
Compel us to inaugurate
Towards entity
Combating against
All impediments
Bearing colossal depths of pain.

Albeit, attraction of
The remote lantern
Envisage our imaginings;
But then soul part ways
Alone we pop off
Enjoying lengthy slumber of life.

Birth and death
Together with dreams and faith
Demonstrate the gist of life
And alone we pass
Celebrated moments of life
Then why fear, being alone?
The worst plight of human race.
