Alone Poem by samer manzoor

Alone

Alone
It feels that the each coming breath is last
Yes the separation is just another name of death
Soul cries inside for being trapped
Yes aloofness demands the bloodshed
How much to wait in the shadow of memories
How to remain alive on the death bed
While wearing the shawl of your thoughts
How many times I need to torn my being
Your highness if allow me to proceed
Can I bestow my stature to death
Can I avail the opportunity of freedom
Can I live the life of honor and grace
Can I transfer my soul from hell to heaven
