Alone Poem by Blessed Curses

Alone

The child is alone
And no one cares
The child is hungry
And no one shares
The child needs love
But no one dares,

Yet they never knew
The child was an Angel
That was out on a mission
To give God's blessing
To whom ever stopped
And gave an inch of concern,

No one ever even dared
To lift the childs head
That was bowed

The child was alone
Alone!
Out in the cold
Yet no one ever
Gave her a bit of warmth

A day later
On the corner
The child always seemed to appear
A young lady stopped
To offer the child
The little help she could give,

A week later
That same young lady
Didnt need to stay at the shelter
Because out of the clear blue
She had a home
She had a car
She had a job,

The next day the young lady
Went back to offer the child
A place to stay and call her home
But the child was gone.
